Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites function properly, to remember your preferences, and, in some cases, to understand how a site is used.
| Cookie Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Required for core site functionality, including form submission and spam prevention on our Netlify hosted forms (Contact, Speaking enquiry, Hidden Profit Diagnostic questionnaire, Boardroom Profit Diagnostic, newsletter sign up) | Session or short term |
| Analytics | Google Analytics (GA4), used to understand how visitors use this site, such as which pages are viewed and which forms are completed, so that we can improve it | Up to 14 months |
We use Google Analytics (GA4) as described above. GA4 sets a small number of first party analytics cookies for this purpose. We do not enable Google Signals, and we do not use Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or any advertising or cross site retargeting tool on this website. A short notice about this appears the first time you visit the site, linking back to this page.
Some pages embed YouTube videos or LinkedIn content. These third party services may set their own cookies when you interact with the embedded content (for example, pressing play on a video). These cookies are controlled by YouTube (Google) and LinkedIn respectively, not by us. Please refer to their own cookie policies for details.
When you purchase the Hidden Profit Diagnostic, you are directed to Stripe to complete payment. Stripe may set its own cookies as part of processing your payment securely. These are governed by Stripe's own cookie and privacy policies.
Most web browsers allow you to control cookies through their settings, including blocking or deleting them. Because we only use strictly necessary cookies, blocking cookies may affect your ability to submit forms on this site. You can manage cookie settings through your browser preferences at any time.
On 15 July 2026, we introduced Google Analytics (GA4), described in Section 2 above, and added a short notice to the site about it. If we introduce any advertising or cross site tracking cookie in the future, this policy will be updated again and, where legally required, separate consent will be obtained before any such cookie is set.
