The Hidden Profit Report is a paid, personalised digital diagnostic report generated from the answers you provide in the accompanying questionnaire. It is prepared specifically for the business and information supplied and is intended solely for the use of the purchasing individual or organisation. Additional services, including the CEO Operating System Reset and the IMPACT Partnership, are governed by a separate written agreement or proposal at the point of engagement, and these Terms apply to that engagement except where the separate agreement expressly states otherwise.
Payment for the Hidden Profit Report is taken in full at the point of purchase via Stripe. Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and may be updated from time to time; the price shown at the point of purchase is the price that applies. For Tier 2 and Tier 3 engagements, payment terms are set out in the individual proposal or agreement.
Because the Hidden Profit Report is a personalised digital product prepared specifically for your business immediately upon submission of your questionnaire answers, it is non refundable once your report has been generated and delivered. If you believe there has been an error in your report, or you have not received it within the stated delivery window, contact vijay@vijaymistri.com and we will investigate and put things right. This does not affect your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
The Boardroom Profit Diagnostic and CEO Scorecard are provided free of charge as introductory tools. They provide an indicative, high level assessment only and do not constitute the full diagnostic delivered through the Hidden Profit Report or a Tier 2 engagement. No fee applies and no refund question arises in connection with their use.
