This website is operated by Vijay Mistri, trading as Rent a Director, based in East Hertfordshire, England. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean Vijay Mistri trading as Rent a Director. References to "you" and "your" mean the visitor, client or purchaser.

4. Purchasing the Hidden Value Report

The Hidden Value Report is purchased via a Stripe payment link at the price displayed at the time of purchase. By completing payment, you agree to the following:

• Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store card details.
• On completing the diagnostic questionnaire, you will receive your report within 24 hours and the accompanying AI avatar video within 7 days.
• The report is personally reviewed by Vijay Mistri and is based solely on the answers you provided in the questionnaire.
• The report is for your personal business use only and may not be shared, reproduced or resold.
• Prices are quoted inclusive of any applicable VAT unless stated otherwise.

5. Refund Policy

CEO Operating System Reset and IMPACT Partnership: Payment and refund terms for these engagements are governed by the individual client agreement signed at the point of engagement. Standard terms require 50 percent of the agreed fee on signing and 50 percent on delivery of the report. Any cancellation terms will be specified in the client agreement.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 (where applicable).

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including but not limited to the IMPACT model, the 15 Gaps framework, written content, graphics, logos, images and video — is the intellectual property of Vijay Mistri unless otherwise stated.

• You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.
• Reports delivered to you are licensed for your personal business use only. You may share insights internally within your organisation. You may not publish, redistribute or resell them.
• Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.

7. Confidentiality

Any information you share with us through the questionnaire, contact form or direct communications will be treated as confidential. We will not disclose your business information to any third party without your consent, except where required by law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

We ask that you treat all methodology, frameworks and materials shared with you during any engagement as confidential and proprietary to Vijay Mistri.

8. Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

The Hidden Value Report and all other services are provided based on the information you supply and on patterns observed across comparable businesses. They represent professional opinion and analysis, not a guarantee of outcome.

• We do not guarantee specific financial results from any service or recommendation.
• The scenarios and projections within the Hidden Value Report are indicative only and based on observed patterns, not guarantees.
• We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your reliance on any information or recommendation provided, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law.
• Our total liability to you in connection with any service shall not exceed the amount paid by you for that service.

Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
